On 18th March I sent the BBC an email through their complaints portal pointing out they hadn't responded to my letter of August 8th last year.
Hello, I sent a response to Stefan Curran's (Reference 725605) letter on the 9th August 2010. It was sent recorded delivery Royal Mail have confirmed delivery on the 10th August. I have not recieved a response nor an acknowledgement from yourselves. Although it is your prerogative to take as long as you feel necessary to respond I think an acknowledgement would be in order, and an indication of when I can expect a proper reply.
